Bottles for Babies

The annual Bottles for Babies campaign kicks off today!  Pick up an empty baby bottle in the Foyer. Place change, cash or checks in the bottle and return it by Sunday, June 16. All donations assist Life Centers of Indianapolis.

Sojourners Branson, Missouri Trip

Memorial Day Weekend Service Times

Please note the change in service times for Memorial Day weekend. Join us Saturday, May 25, at 5:30 p.m. or Sunday, May 26, at 9:30 a.m. A meal will be served and then service will begin. Both services are family services and will be in Fellowship Hall. Enter door #3, #12 or #14.

Chapel Rockets Senior Ministry Monthly Pitch-In

The Rockets monthly pitch-in is Thursday, May 16, at 11:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. Divinity Trio will provide the entertainment. A free will offering will be taken. Please bring a side dish or two to share, and a friend!

Hearing Assist Available

If you wear hearing aids, have a smart phone and need hearing assistance, please see an usher for an instruction card showing you how to use an app on your phone that will connect to your hearing aids. If you don’t have hearing aids or a smart phone, but need hearing assistance during worship, please visit the tech booth in the back of the Worship Center.

Women’s Ministry Summer Read and Write

This summer, read and write your way through 1 and 2 Timothy and the book of Titus, in conjunction with Casey’s July sermon series. All you need is your own journal or notebook and a reading schedule from the Information Center, available beginning June 1. The schedule is a five-day reading plan, which starts June 3 and ends August 2.

Food Pantry Requests

Chapel Rock’s Food Pantry operates on the first and third Thursdays, from 3 to 6 p.m. each month. The Chapel Rock Food Pantry is in need of plastic grocery bags used for combining drinks and assorted packaged meats. Items needed are peanut butter, jelly, macaroni and cheese, canned foods, cereal, pasta and spaghetti sauce. Please place your donations in the DropZone bin in the Foyer.

Operation Christmas Child

Do you own more than one pair of socks? Some children who will receive an OCC box don’t have any! Socks and underwear for sizes 2-14, boy or girl, are needed! All items must be new and can be placed in the bin in the Drop Zone in the Foyer. Questions? Contact Judy Heuss at judyheuss@gmail.com.

Lifeline Christian Blood Drive

Lifeline Christian Mission will hold a blood drive on Saturday, May 25, from noon until 4 p.m. at 2002 Stafford Rd, Suite 125, Plainfield, IN 46168. Your single donation can impact up to three patient lives!
